Camps and Conferences: Accommodations and Prices

Our Camps and Conferences Housing allows you to live on campus close to your program site. Campus Life will provide all the necessities and added extras that make your event fun and successful. Thank you for being interested in Camps and Conference Housing!

Camps & Conferences Housing Pricing

$25 per person per night - Draper Halls

$30 per person per night - Walker and Banning Halls

$35 per person per night - Methodist Hall

$40 per person per night - Cokesbury Court Apartments

There is a 10% discount for groups of 100 or more.

A 3% fee will be added to payments made by credit/debit card.

What you need to bring

Our housing staff will provide toilet paper, shower curtains, trash cans and trash can liners during the summer. Attendees will need to bring the following:

Bedding (full or twin sizes depending on the residence hall)
- Pillows
- Sheets
- Blankets/quilt/comforter
Towels
Toiletries
- Shampoo
- Conditioner
- Body wash
- Lotion
- Toothbrush and toothpaste
