Facility Rental Requirements
If an event is being held on campus and is not sponsored by an official University organization, the following conditions must be met:
- 础听鈥淔acilities Utilization Contract鈥听must be completed and signed by both the听Chief Financial Officer听and an authoritative Representative of the sponsoring group, at least one week prior to the scheduled event.
- A reservation听cannot听be confirmed until proof of event insurance is provided which names 鈥溡袄巧缜 University鈥 as an additionally insured.听
- The MINIMUM limits of coverage for event insurance are:
- Each Occurrence:听$1,000,000
- Damage to Property:听$300,000
- Medical Expense:听$10,000 (each occurrence)
- Personal and ADV Injury:听$1,000,000
- General Aggregate:听$2,000,000
- Products-Comp AGG:听$2,000,000听
- A fee听must听be assessed which covers basic operational expenses such as utilities, setup, takedown, janitorial, etc.听
